Anything I should know when on tretinoin 0.025%

I know theres a purging phase, but does anyone reccomend any cleansers? I'm thinking of using La Rouche Pousay, Cerave had bad opinions on reddit as caused inflammation.

Anyone who has used tret before is there anything need to know?

literally does the same thing as tret but better
you'll get the same nose affect from tret just takes longer

don't use daily bc of skin pelling

plan to use every other day, is good for maintenance? or should do every other day first 3 weeks then everyday for remainder

0.025 but u honestly might not see a difference only whiteing if u don't get a stronger one

i dont even have bad acne ngl, i have a few pstches of pimples though + a lot of PIH (Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) so hoping .025 will clear that up
