Physical body should be for aesthetic, your looks matter a lot.

But for your house, no point in it looking good. Bar all windows, have minimum furniture, bolt all windows down that's not used. It's for PRACTICAL not for aesthetic. It's just for living in and safety, nothing more

Same with car, no point in having small aesthetic car when a large bulky truck is much safer and practical, has more space
