Anything recessed ? Also rate and tips

I’m guessing my infras are pretty reccesed and mabye like the area around my nose? And mantle a little bit but ion know fs. 15 5,11 175 don’t get great sleep and eat bad so Mabye that has sum to do with under eye but idk. I tried to give like downward angle and shit to idk.

Marpe? I already have a good palate? Also isn’t it mainly for widening ? I think main problem is my upper section of the maxilla is recessed. I’m not sure if it would project to much more I prolly need surgery

You got a flat maxilla thats the main issue i really think you should use hydrocortisone for nose

Yes of course but it’s a big procedure that’s annoying and looks weird and expensive and if I don’t have a wide problem and it’s main use is that shouldn’t I just get surgery atp. But do u think I have to or am I fine like this?
