Anything to do about gyno

I got Gyno in both pecs but it’s really only noticeable in one. Is there anything I can do or take to reduce it? I plan to get surgery later on in life because it also just fucking hurts when it’s pressed.

What’s it do. And for the pain it’s not like constant just like sensitive asf sometimes only in certain areas of it though. I’ll def ask next time I get a checkup or smth tho.

raloxifene destroys estrogen in breast tissue. Would help. I suggest doing that before surgery if that fails cut that shit out

I’ve been 205 and gotten down to 130 and I’m sitting at 160 now. Never gone away.
