Use a low dose (I’m using 1/2 of a 20mg pill)
Take it 1/2 an hour or even 2h before training and don’t worry about erections, you won’t get them unless you’re aroused
If you’re cutting hard I’d recommend it, I can feel a huge difference
Add to a bit of sodium and carbs to get amazing pumps
