Early 16 through to 18. I'm 19 now.

I stopped growing in height cuz of that prolly
Im stuck at 184 at 15 n idk if im growing anymore atp i dont see progress
Js try stuffing as much meat and veggies and dairy as u can
 
184 is really solid though, and you're BOUND to grow more even if ur nutrition is shit at that age. my latino ass is never topping 180
