Anything you can do about thinning upper lips

Anything you can do to prevent or slow down your lips being ruined like this as a result of aging? Especially if you have a natural full upper lip you need the volume or the loss of upper lip volume will lead to a stephen king tier philtrum. Guys like Mick Jagger (not particularly gl but good example) were heavily haloed by their lips and mouth area and now look subhuman. Any good treatment for this? Most guys I have seen talking about this here say lip surgeries/treatments are a meme and will never achieve natural looking results.
So is it philtrum press or rope if you have big lips?

My upper lip is thin, but my maxilla is recessed and my philtrum is pretty short. It's bimax for me.

Maybe a facelift would help.

you shouldnt do anything with lips unless they are extremely ugly. if the surgeon does something wrong or something happens you end up looking like a faggot.
