I need help how to remove these dark spots under my eyes should i use retinol or volufiline?

that would be worth a shot, but it seems to be genetic as it is the same colour as your eyelid. Also could be caused by a lack of upper eye support

It might be just genetics
Get more sleep ig
If not just get a concealer
