Anyway to fix lazy eye?

I have lazy eye like barrett which makes my hooding and eyebrow asymmetrical kinda
I've tried some methods I saw on yt but got no actual results

Wear an eyepatch on your strong eye for a month straight.
In all seriousness, such an issue should be covered by health insurance, no? Unless it would be considered cosmetic if it isn't affecting your vision - I'm not familiar.
