His long middle third is the issue. His eyes aren't close set, they are around 45%-48%; ideal.

His midface length is the issue, he needs CCWR.

I agree that he should get his midface shorter, the thing tho is that his midface ratio is mostly fucked because of the ipd. Look at his middle third/lower third and also how short his philtrum is. It's almost like he was born with lip lift lol. His midface length itself isn't that long

Well he does have downward growth which messes with the occlusal plane angle so he would need some rotation.
Additionally, his Ipselateral alar angle to Jaw frontal angle is death tier. At least +60* deviation

His nose is long and his lower third is small and so is his mouth, he needs considerable work on those.
