No. Your nose is made up of cartilage, not bone, so bonesmashing won't work.
If you want to lengthen your nose to make it more prominent bone graft/implants are the way to go.

If you are trying to create vertical length then I am assuming you want to make your philtrum smaller in which case bimax or a ccw rotation would be your best bet.
