To make them wider you can try and find a microstomia prevention device
theres a botb thread that explains this
but I can't manage to find an affordable one in europe

can't find a good source tbh, not a lot of manufacturers, from the US I saw suppliers at around 200€ way too expensive for this cope shit, did find anything on aliexpress etc...
