anyway to softmax a fleshy nose tip?

i was on a dirty diet since I was small, nuggets and processed shit like that, might be genetics but my parents both have straight non flesh noses. I have subaceous filaments on my nose but I don't think it will change much if I exfoliate them. (!!) Any ideas please lmk.
