Nigga just dont overcomplicated, even tho its stupid to not use any drugs u can just do these to surpress ur hunger
Eat more often but less quantity, so lets say 7 meals but all with very little calories so ur not full but never too hungry
Smoke, bad for health tho
Use gum (not on empty stomach tho) but if u do who cares

thought abt it maybe nicotine can help but thats a whole addiction u might have to deal with and slightly messes up sleep quality

melatonin and nicotine is the meta zyns especially so gooooddd but yea melatonin sleep is the best appetite supressent and also diet coke uncaffeinated so you can sleep
