Anyways to get a slim nose

How do i make my nose slimmer, and if i cant do without surgeries then what surgeries should i get, its really my biggest flaw and ruins my whole face.

Sort of works but doesn't slim the actual nose, it just makes it look slightly thinner by reducing oil production and giving you tighter skin rather than any structural reshaping. Probably the only no-bs solution without surgery though.
