Idk but im stopping. It usually did a great job in depuffing my eye area in the morning and my face felt tight but nowdays it just dries my face and i notice an increase in sebum production because of the dry face which then leads to breakouts and inflammation and even my dermatologist who doesnt know i ice my face said that my capilaries which is the main side effect of icing. Even if it wasnt caused by icong, i think its a good idea to stop icing face knowing that ot could possibly worsen it
