I was at the doctors today for a mandatory checkup and the doctor said I have a vitamin D deficiency and I said:
"Ma'am, how did you deduce that I have a vitamin D deficiency?"
and then she looked at me like I said the rudest thing on the planet and so did my mom and afterwards she scolded me cuz apparently that was very rude
How the hell is that rude? I didn't say it in an awkward tone or anything I said it sternly but respectfully, or so I thought
