When I was there I didn't see 2 guys kissing, but I saw loads of guys holding hands and loads of guys walking with their arms around another curry...

they do that to assert dominance over other and to look nt,that they got friends n shit to back em up,cuz social circle is everything

Slippers and sandals isn't that weird, and the arm round might be to assert dominance, but why do they hold hands???

hand holding isnt that common ,only in mumbai and laborer central indian area and maybe south india too

My theory

- a culture with undefined courtship, so no distinction between male-female courtship and male-male friendship
- lack of personal boundaries, overcrowded population
- Shudra masculinity
- lacking exercise of male dominance over each other, hence no sense of and defending heterosexual male personal space
- male friendliness without male heterosexuality filter
