I will have Trimax with him in January ( ccw Lf1 + bsso + genio ~ 10mm each), Transmandibular + Transpalatal Distraction Osteogenesis, and subsequently a custom Wraparound jaw and zygo implant.

Depending on the results i also consider Rhinoplasty and fat grafting/fillers with him
