A high PSL almost always requires you to have very high dimorphism meaning your bonestructure has very high volume, your jaw angularity is top 1%, your eye area is deepset, prominent browridge, infra orbitals, prominent zygos very low bf% to reveal the bone structure, a very sculpted chiselled face.

For you to have high appeal you don't need to have top 1% features, your eye area can be average, your jaws don't to be extremely angular, with average features you can have high appeal if they harmonize well together, imagine someone like chico, he has average features, low dimorphism but his features harmonize well which gives him high appeal.

If you have high PSL your features are rare and striking, they make you stand out. With high appeal and low PSL you will go unnoticed but you will still be attractive and approachable.

Young women prefer men with high appeal low psl because they look approachable and have low dimo which makes him less intimidating yet still attractive due to high harmony.
