PSL largely refers to the Dimorphism and Angularity while Appeal is the how the face looks overall (leans more on facial ratios and misc features)

Appeal; is essentially how much of your features the opposite sex desire. even if you have bad bone structure, your overall facial structure could be marked as harmonious essentially giving you good appeal.

PSL; is more how much of your features are considered generally attractive, for example: you could have very hollow cheeks but a woman might not find that attractive, (can be physique, or facially oriented) thus giving you more PSL then appeal

do not get it twisted though, PSL and appeal are almost always intertwined together.
