Sibutramine works well. Not that easy to find anymore. There's a couple more that are similar.

Nothing kills your appetite better than Vyvanse. It's so awesome.

Use stims in the daytime and Melanotan 2 at night, subq injection or nasal spray. Will make you slightly nauseous and kill your appetite somewhat.

Dark chocolate shouldn't have many sugar and 2 pieces are around 80 calories..
So either that, or you would feel frustrated after a while and you risk to binge eat

I read some study on how modaf causes bone loss; scared of stims like vyvanse for that reason.
I used to have modaf, addie, caff a lot and yes killed my appetite like nothing else but want something that is less likely to have sides (looksmax sides - idc about health sides) and also something which I can have at night

There is no free-pass in biology. All compounds are inherently neutral, not good or bad. The term "side-effects" is a human construct, in reality there are only effects. All compounds do a bunch of different things in the body. You may consider them good or bad, but that's all in your head. The real question is, are the effects net-positive for you?

For me Vyvanse is worth it. It may age me slightly faster than without, but it's turning me into a productivity machine. Dopamine levels are high and stable, I'm not constantly seeking the next high through food or porn. I'd slowly rot without Vyvanse, so for me it's worth it 100%.

And yeah, I'm on Vyvanse right now. Feels great.
