Ok how legit is this for a deeper voice - how often do you do it also?

Already have a deep voice but want to sound like optimus prime.
 
just started for 1 week, 1-2 times per day and gargling 1-2 minutes. haven't really noticed a change.
 
Just pull your hyoid down and your voice deepens instantly
