So here's the idea. Use apple cider vinegar to cause damage and then gargle salt water to make it heal.
If someone attempted it, would it :
A) permanently damage their voice?
B) Do nothing?
C) Make the process of trying to get a better voice quicker?

This is true. I burned some today with apple cider vinegar. But it also makes voice lower. I think maybe it has to be diluted, I just gargled raw.

Did it burn your throat?, I once tried it diluted and got a painful burn, not for this purpose tho
It's a good indicator of damaged epithelium and mucosa, if it burns like hell it means you are fucked (my case)
I was hoping it promoted repair with consistent gargle but it's unbearable

It did burn my throat yes. It's painful still. Mucosa is burned. It's not that bad. It feels like regular sore throat, nothing extreme. I was careful.
What happened to you? Did you do some permament damage?
Did you at least get lower Hzs?

I will let my throat heal, try other methods and next time I'm going to dilute it more.

It did burn my throat yes. It's painful still. Mucosa is burned. It's not that bad. It feels like regular sore throat, nothing extreme. I was careful.

I will let my throat heal, try other methods and next time I'm going to dilute it more.

No permeant damage even if you did it daily imo, my throat is permanently red around tonsils it never heals to normal coloration

Of course it hurts if you gargle vinegar. It's acidic. Hurt for me, too.
