You're splitting your palate down the median palatine suture and expanding its inevitable to get a gap

idk man I did it when I was super young so my facial bones were still really responsive but it helped with my forward growth and especially my lateral zygo projection

I didn’t get extractions but got camouflaged with a class II overbite at 12 Jfl

I have sleep apnea and a narrow airway, and semi recessed, Im seeing a surgeon this week to confirm the date for the bimax.

I’m just grateful my ortho couldn’t damage me too much, she did extractions to my friend. I got lucky
