HOT TAKE: MY OPINION
So many young people are clueless on what they going to do after they college/sixform they either listen to the teacher and follow their dreams and do some fuckass course in uni like fucking arts degree in a bum ass university since they couldn't get the grades for a proper uni.
So here is what better
University- Social life if you have a good degree like in STEM go for it espeically in the medical side yes its alot of hard work but its one of the most employable degree out there. And there is the finance and engineering sectors as well those are type of degree you need to go for (Maybe law if you get into a top uni) but here is the down side you need to socialise and try to network to get a job and since in the UK there is more graduates then jobs available the competition is getting fierce and many people after uni struggling to get a job even with a stem subject so its very important to find an internship and go to networking events but if your an LTN it will be difficult since going to uni would make your life even more miserable since you would also struggle at networking more then compare to someone who is an MTN- overall basically if your not attractive and poor dont go UNI and if you want to still go when your an LTN or sub 5 the best option is to soft max and try to do your best with the cards your dealt with or surgerymax which would cost alot of money but with right surgery you would have a very high ROI. But if your attractive with stem degree and good networking skills your uni life would be the best years of your life
Degree apprenticeship- So depending on the apprenticeship it could be in accounting like level 7 ACCA or ACA qualification or law apprenticeship or any finance and medical degree apprenticeship or even computer science related like cyber security its very competitive but if you get in you would have earned alot of money the benefit is that you won't be in debt which is a huge factor and instead make money while studying and working for your degree the only down turn is that after finishing college or sixform your just immediatly working and rest of your life afterwards for some they would be happy with it you know immediately start working after the age of 18 where you dont have time to make friends and have a time of the life your just immediate working and studying at the same time but if you want to focus on a career like for example accounting or any finance space and they offer a degree apprenticeship immediately try to take the offer as soon as possible
because its very competetive I know guys that had gotten AAA in their a level likes Math,econ and business but still struggling to get higher degree aprenticeship and so you have to start at a low level and work your way up its basically in my opinion wasting your youth at work lost time never come back sadly so once you turn 18 and you decided this is your choice just know that your going to spend all your youth on your work while the people the uni are going to create memories
So overall if you want to focus on career path and want to spend your years working and getting qualification early but basically wasting your youth away but not get into debt and thats what you worry about not getting into debt then go degree apprenticeship
University if your an mtn range with a stem subject go for uni and even better your parents paying for your degree and you also network properly you would have an amazing time in uni but if your an unattractive and low income family it wouldn't be the smartest idea to put your self into debt and misery for a uni degree unfortunately
