i approached girls on campus last year acting "confident" and all that as a LTN, but all i got was a bad reputation around the school and people told me that girls have said that i was a creep. Really hurt me so i dont go out anymore. Social circle seems to be the best, but even in a social circle i am too retarded to be taken seriously

Then approaching is the only way ig. Just don’t do it in a pua way or with too many girls. Do everything you can to make friends tho, you have much better chances with a girl you meet through a mutual friend. It’s like a warm approach

On the streets it might work, but not during the day when people are busy and don't want to be bothered(day game is extremely difficult), but at night in "party zones" with many bars, nightclubs, etc., where girls go to have fun, be picked up, but of course you might just as well go directly into bars and nightclubs, instead of lurking outside.

Well, that's what happens in all those other places I mentioned - activity clubs, volunteer organizations, etc. - wherever people spend a lot of time together, so if you didn't do good in high-school and college, it's kinda unlikely you'll do better there.
