Today I’m setting myself a personal challenge to step outside my comfort zone and work on my social confidence. I’ve always been a rather unsocial person, and I’ve had negative experiences in the past, including getting rejected when I tried to approach a girl. That situation made me more hesitant over time, but I don’t want to keep avoiding these situations anymore.
So today I’m going out with the intention of approaching girls and seeing how far I can push myself. I want to track how many times I actually manage to approach someone, how many conversations I can start, and how often I get rejected. My main focus isn’t success in terms of outcomes, but simply gaining experience, becoming more comfortable, and improving step by step.
I will update this thread honestly throughout the day with my results and thoughts. If anyone has useful advice on handling rejection, staying calm, or making a better first impression, I’d appreciate the input.
