My biggest flaw is my recessed mandible and chin, so i took a shot and called up a clinic for discussing a possible bimax. I had no faith whatsoever in me getting
qualified for a surgery coverted by NFZ (National Health Fund paid for by taxes in Poland) so i only considered applying for a bimax because of my bite issues rather than purely cosmetic. With that in mind and thinking about that chance of getting covered financially i went ahead and booked an appointment because you never know.

As it turned out not only i got approved for getting a free bimax but also for a genioplasty so im getting a free Trimax.
I have no specific date yet because i will be given one in half a year when but estimated wait time is 1,5 year.

I don't know any measurements yet as i just got approved 5 days ago and only in march the team will take on my case. Will give updates.

Im 18yo, 6ft5(195cm) but im fat af (127kg (280lbs), but lost 6kg in the last 1,5 months) and i have to get lean untill the surgery which in itself will ascend me a bit hopefully.

There is a problem tho, i was supposed to be getting (also free) MARPE from my ortho, but the doctor told me if i want to get the trimax i cant expand with MARPE rn because the maxillary teeth arch will not align as well with the mandibular arch. I will try and keep pushing and asking to make it work with MARPE (because AGAIN, you never know).

Also i have to get my wisdom teeth removed 8 months pre op.

Just be in the 0.01th percentile of height. Unless your face is hideous, you should be getting girlfriends and lays just from freakish height alone. You need a genioplasty bad, but not sure about the bimax, your frontal bone and brow seem like they are lagging behind your jaws anyway. Your cranial base needs to be long enough to support whatever set of movements your surgeon is going to do.

Shivwr is the same age, and he's 5ft5. He's a full foot shorter than you. Brutal. That is how brutal life is. For Alphas or Zoomers, 5ft6 is suifuel. I don't know how he copes. He mustn't recognise the path he will tread.

yeah, the doc saw on the cephalogram that my chin isnt where it's supposed to be and just straight up asked if thats something that bothers me lookswise and i said yes and he said that in this case we will be doing it with genio for free.

Replied to the first question but i haven't quoted you right. In regards to the second part, i fucking love Poland, there are no immigrants destroying the country and taking money whilst doing nothing, which is why poland can focus on its citizens and fund such surgeries bettering the quality of life.

Many people state that poland is doing good thanks to european union's money, but many people dont know that $1.3 trillion is still unpaid for ww2 reparations from germany leveling all of poland to the ground. The whole financial aid from EU is $270 billion which means that poland is still $1.03 trillion poorer thanks to germany.

Then why have so many poles emigrated for the UK?
Because in 2004 poland was more than 4 times poorer than now (was still recovering from communism).

At your height losing weight will basically guarantee a change in your life unless you're St blackops2cel level. Being obese is one of the few things that can obliterate height halo

Start counting all of your calories if you haven't already, the benefit of being so tall is that you can still eat a lot while still losing weight. At 280 lbs you should be able to lose it relatively quickly until around 200lbs, which is when you'll look more like a normal person. Just try to make sure to lift at least a little bit while you do so it will help later on

Yeah bro, Im already counting my calories. Im on a 1000 cal deficit. 13.3lbs down at this moment. I wont be buying a gym membership rn cause Im moving to study this month, but after that i'll look for smth in my area.

The thing is I've lost weight many times before but i always ended up gaining it back, so I hope this time is going to be different.

I mostly wanted it because of my recessed mandible and chin but as a reason i gave bite broblems (i have class 2 malocclusion) and the recession i just pointed out during the appointment. And they just asked me if i also wanted to get a genio.

I also a deviated septum which also gave me breathing problems and the doc told me that they will fix that as well during the surgery, but they didn't know that beforehand.

So i basically gave them some reason for the appointment and irl they saw everything themselves and decided what they want to do.

When it comes to how i knew where to call to book a visit, I heard about a girl from my school who had a bimax, so i called her up and asked in which clinic she got it done and thats where i called.

That doesn't change anything. Either he manages to stay at a decent bf% or he doesnt, if his genetics have him determined to be a fat loser so be it. Staying lean is easy for me maybe im stronger mentally or just have less appetite, only the results count
