Aprox. 600 ML of wine debloated my face. New lookmax dropped?

I dont know if any of you has had a similar experiences, but the other day i drank wine, about a long glass and after some minutes i went to piss and saw my face: my eyebrows were very clóser to my eyes and they looked a bit bigger (i usually have them very small,ugly, and so hooded that i look like a lesbian), also my cheeks looked a bit leaner.

The next day i searched and wine increases the face heat because It does something with the blood vessels of face but It decreases the body temperature.

I swear to you Is the best debloat i have every had, when i shower works a bit, andi have put a towel soaked on hot water on my face following the same lógic but i didnt see results. It was
