Aqualyx works, anything above 3iu/day is superphysiological so do more than that. 6-8iu's is best if you can manage sides.

31g insulin are the easiest, most painless and best. 1ml syringes.

yea do it before bed if you can and moniter insulin and aim to not eat ~3 hours before.
