Aqualix for removing Gyno?

Could you use fat dissolvers like Aqualix or Lemon bottle to remove still soft gyno tissue? I could just run a bit of tamoxifen but i dont want to wait until india is able to shit to eu again to get ts. Also dont want ts to harden and then have to get gyno surgey in the future. Has anyone done something similar to this? If not i might just do it and see if there are any results.
