Aqualix on love handles (read)

I am really low bf i have shoulder veins and sometimes even chest veins but my fat distribution came from hell and i still have love handles
Is it a good idea to use aqualix? Or will i just end up with loose skin

i don't know the exact case, but some general advice would be consistently train abs and obliques on top of your low bf% fill in your mid section give your body more suture to hold on to
TO the aqualix usage i wouldnt recommend a diy on the abdominals,but i highly doubt there would be any additional lose skin {if your spot reducing}
