Iv seen on another post (super good btw check it out DIY Facial Fat Dissolving: Everything you need to know) that you should avoid certain things like ibuprofen,alcohol,caffeine ETC. This might be a stupid question but would it be recommended to avoid taking my ADHD meds (Vyvanse) 3 days before and during the recovery process.
