Aqualyx = bloat inflammation ?

I applied Aqualyx with insulin syringes to my nasolabial folds with a dose of 0.05 ml for each injection. Obviously, the area treated increased in volume when I injected. But no sign of bloating or inflammation I have the impression that Aqualyx is a fake,
I'm worried about not having the same effects it's only been 1 day, is this normal?

aqualyx is a very strong dissolver. works very effective. better than lipo lab etc kybella is also good but aqualyx is fda approved

Update:
Day 2 I'm clearly bloated, but I don't know if it's from Aqualyx or because yesterday I ate pasta that messes up my digestion and causes me to retain water.

Polymer from 3, 6-Anhydro-L-Galactose. Also the sodium chloride could bloat you. Idk if this could vary on the person

That reassures me, man, you'll keep me informed. I have come to the final conclusion that I injected incorrectly through the angled bowl, but the part where I injected is still more swollen than before.
