unless you're aiming for the buccal fat pads that sit abt 10-14mm deep into the skin, the risk of hitting a nerve is actually really low.

most people aim for the subq fatty layer that is much more superficial, also if you pinch your skin it's even safer.

So there's really no need to do a bulk just bcs you'll be injecting aqualyx.

You seem to have high buccal fat volyme so I think you will have to do maybe 5-7 sessions of 0.2ml per one spot and I think 6 spots per side in one session.
