MATERIALS NEEDED FOR DIY AQUALYX

STEPS ON HOW TO PERFORM DIY AQUALYX​

First thing you wanna do is disinfect your entire area and hands/face. I start off by sanitizing my hands and alcohol wiping my face.

Now we move on to creating the grid on your face. This part can be confusing to people so ill explain it this way. Look at your face and analyze where you hold the most fat whether its malar pad, buccal fat etc. You want to draw out your grid depending on where you want to dissolve the fat and make sure you space it out at least a centimetre apart from each other. When creating a grid, there are safe spots and dangerous spots where the nerves on your face are a lot more prominent and easier to hit. We want to avoid these spots and ill be attaching a picture of an example grid that i believe is ideal

Stay the fuck away from your masseters, jaw and zygos and anywhere with bones. The box i drew is where you should inject in your cheek. Another thing you need to do that ive seen nobody talk about is smile and dont make your pins extend past smile lines. Keep the grid in it. As for the malar pad (most plump area of cheeks) theres not much to work with

To mark out injection points for the malar pad, i like to smile and feel around from where the smile lines begin to where i can start feeing my bones very easily, then i make a box and mark out points in there.

The hyoid is easy as fuck and you can basically freestyle the injections on your hyoid

just mark out spots and do not get close to your masseter for hyoid or too far down nearing your neck, you really only need about 6 points for this area

Take your time marking this shit out, this is prolly the most important step as this is the base and map needed to perform this diy. Spend an hour doing it if you really need, just avoid the areas outside the circle and determine which areas need dissolving.


Now we can begin drawing the aqualyx and preparing our needles. Get your aqualyx vial and lidocaine. Disinfect your hands and both vial stoppers and inject 1ml of lidocaine into a 8ml vial aqualyx. Now to determine your dosage, you need to do some math. Take the amount of ml in the vial that you want to use (4ml aqualyx for example so 4.5ml total to account for lidocaine) and divide it by amount of needles you are using. That will give you the amount of ml you need in each needle. Begin drawing your needles and re capping them ensuring you disinfect every few times until you got everything marked out. Reminder that YOU CANNOT REUSE VIALS OF AQUALYX so try to use as much as possible to prevent waste.

Now we got our needles and mapping, so now the big part comes which is the injecting.

Disinfect your face again and sanitize hands and put on the sterile glove on the hand you are using to pinch. The pinning is honestly one of the easiest parts but its very scary at first. All i can say is chill out and u will be good niggas.

If using 8mm needle, INJECT AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE. Grab your cheek and pinch as hard as you can. Depending on where it is you may wanna roll too. Now inject your 8mm needle 45 degrees and inject, then remove the needle and let go of the fat slowly while taking out the needle. Repeat this on each injection point.

Some side notes:

1. Dont freestyle the areas u fucking pin. Follow the map u made top to bottom or bottom to top and in order ur gonna forget where u pinned

2. If using 6mm needle, going 45 degree may risk not going deep enough for subq injection. Id still use a slightly angled injection to be safe but dont inject that shit into ur skin

How to recover from aqualyx

Aqualyx is notorious for bloating the shit out of u and trust me niggas were not lying. I was back to baseline after like 2.5 weeks and was bloated for 90% of that time. So ill teach u how to larp and recover.


POSSIBLE LARPS FRIENDS/PARENTS

1. Allergic reaction. This can possibly backfire tho cus they might think what is causing this nigga to look like a walking balloon for this long lets get him checked out for allergies

2. Wisdom teeth removal. Friend used this to everybody he knew and it worked

3. Avoid parents

I personally used this method. I tried to avoid them as much as possible and when i did have to see them, id wear a hoodie and put my hood up and just try to avoid them as much as possible. They didnt even notice the bloat so its a good method

4. Underrated ass method but rot in ur room for a few days, and everytime ur parents walk in just shove something to chew on in ur mouth or drink so ur face is moving, they wont notice the bloat. If u gotta speak to them just keep shoving any food in ur mouth and constantly chew

Now how do we debloat?​

increase your hydration 1000x. you should be drinking as much water and having electrolytes to hydrate yourself.

Your face will be tender so massaging that shit is gonna feel uncomfortable so i wouldnt reccomend

Arnica gel is a good tool. Its made to lower that inflammation so it can be beneficial

Do a lot of cardio and lower sodium intake for a while till the bloat goes away

DONT BEDROT, shit will just make the process slower

Expect bloat to dramatically decrease after 3-5 days. Expect full bloat gone after 2-3 weeks and full recovery after 4-6 weeks

Plan your next session 4-6 weeks after and repeat the same process

TIPS/COMMON QUESTIONS

• Whats better 6mm or 8mm?

I personally think its preference and what u feel more comfortable using. In riskier spots like the malar pad, a 6mm needle may be safer and easier to use as its going to be way harder to hit a nerve. I think both are fine as long as you use proper technique and inject at an angle

• Why Liquid Lidocaine over topical?

Topical lidocaine will not do shit other than remove the feeling of the needle being stuck in your face, which doesnt hurt at all to begin with. The pain comes from the aqualyx as its LITERALLY ACID DISSOLVING FAT. Liquid lidocaine will make that shit soothing and completely painless so use liquid lidocaine

• How do you know if you hit a nerve?

One downside about liquid lidocaine is that you may not feel a nerve being struck, but you will def know. Please just follow technique properly and dont inject in retarded unsafe spots and hitting a nerve is impossible. If you feel a sharp ass pain and feel like passing out or you lose vision, do not pin and take it out slowly

• Is facial bleeding normal?

Yes, there may be injections where you hit a capillary and its totally fine. Just get an alcohol wipe and clean off the blood. Unless constant bleeding is happening and a lot of blood is coming out then thats when ur going to want to stop.

• Follow the map as much as u can

When i did my session, i did random points i marked out instead of going in a clear order. this fucked me and made me miss many spots and inject many spots to the point where i wasted like 5 needles because i didnt know where else to pin

• Other fat dissolvers/techniques vs aqualyx

I can confidently say even though i have only used aqualyx that it is the best. UC is not permanent, lemon bottle is just shit and aqualyx honestly is pretty easy and effective. Only thing ive seen that is potentially better is lipo vela which i will try and compare but i cant speak on it due to the limited research i have on it

• How many sessions do i need and what results can i expect

You need 3+ sessions. Aqualyx isnt really instant but you do get results very fast but depending on how much fat you hold in your face, you may need more sessions to get results.

First session you can expect to see a 20% reduction of fat and the results each session will stack and make your face appear much leaner.

• I have a lump under my hyoid, is that fine?

There may be injections that form a lump on your face or hyoid. The hyoid is a relatively less fat holding part of the face with thinner skin, so a lump may form. Your face might also get lumps and if you went deep enough in the injection, theres no reason to worry. If you too shallow then you may have injected in skin which can be very bad. Just be careful about this
