Aqualyx DIY (Malar Pad + SubQ Cheek + Buccal + Cheek) ONE SESSION

Excellent stuff dude I bookmarked.

I am getting buccal fat removal but I’m also really going to need my malar pad reduced, it is super noticeable when I smile or talk. Such an underrated region.

Im interested as to why you didn’t try UC there? U can just puff out your cheeks to avoid hitting any bone. Or was there a different reason u avoided UC?

Anyways keep us updated i am really looking forward to see if this is effected especially after @thecel ’s thread about malar fat and how it can make u look like shit. Idk if u have seen this, I can send it here.

I dont think anyones ever done this in 1 session or do the malar pad with Aqualyx, after studying for a while on malar pad reduction and thinking of UC machine and going back and forth between UC machine and Aqualyx I came to a decision Aqualyx is a less riskier and more results decision.

What I used:
6mm 27g syringes, went in about half way just around 3mm

My dosage for this session:
4 injection points for malar pad
1ml each point (My pain tolerance is high from Aqualyx now) + Liquid Lido

SubQ Cheek Dosage + Buccal Pad
6 injection points
0.33 each point (4ml each cheek)

Hyoid / Chin area:
6 injection points
1ml each point (6ml total)

After session:
View attachment 4737468View attachment 4737470

DAY AFTER:
Malar pad bloated,
Face sore
No bruising
View attachment 4737475
MY AFTER CARE: I always drink 2x the water I normally intake and do lympathic drainage massages to fully activate the Aqualyx, I always ice my face every morning to reduce puffiness and soreness, normally I would clown the whole gua shua cope method but in this particular moment its needed lmao. Eating clean, light cardio etc

For me I've done aqualyx many times with alot of injections on each side and you will never get used the pain lmao, the Liquid Lido helps alot in this matter as I was targetting malar pad , I plan to assess this area again later after recovery. I was doing research and I saw a girl do dr lipo on her entire face with a 2mm mesotherapy pen. Ive never seen that method and in cases where the nerves can be a higher risk it makes sense so I plan to check that out soon as 2mm syringes with 27g are harder to acquire on any market.

Ill update this post with results soon when im finished with recovery but as of right now I hope this DIY showed you its possible to do it in the malar pad :)
I cant lie Im honestly impressed more guts then 90 perecent on this forum

good luck bro
this is few hours and a week after, i had a rough week since the amount i injected was pretty big for the first time, prolly gonna do like 2-3 more sessions then ill do malar pad and double chin

how to reduce bloat time
drink water heavily, sleep on black for faster lympathic drainage, use a light UC machine to help move lympathic drainage or just use massage techniques and just walk around light exercises. will go down after like 6 days
