Hola again, as someone whos studied aqualyx fully and have done 3 sessions full of it and have done a really hard session I thought I'd share my results with you guys. I'll be provided pics from each session with their results so you can fully understand it better, this org forum has gone to jus larps on here

Session 1: 1ml each cheek (3 injection points) - Bloated for 1 week & very light results - (Wait Time: 6 weeks)

Session 2: 2ml each cheek (4 injection points) - Bloated for a week and a half & very minimal results again (Wait Time: 6 weeks before final session)

Session 3: 8ml each cheek (20 injection points on each side (40 syringes used) - Bloated for 3 weeks but results were how I wanted them to be,
this one was heavy so I took a picture of the process incase people tried to accuse of me larping haha

Holy shit what a difference, good job. But why did you do an odd number of injection points during the first session? Shouldn't you do an even number of injection points so you disolve the same amount of fat on either side of your face?

You don’t have to do an even number like 4 and 4. Doing 3 injections on each side (3 and 3) is perfectly fine if they’re evenly spaced and mirrored properly. What you want to avoid is uneven distribution (like 3 on one side and 1 on the other)

8ml isnt skin necrosis at all if you hold heavy fat in that area. The thing people dont realize who havent done aqualyx and just read the TikTok and chatgpt comments that are led to believe this is that you need to dose heavy if you want noticeable in person results. I wanted that. I'm not saying to dose that much I'm telling you it matters upon how much fat you really store, unless you want to be doing 6+ sessions overtime doing 8ml per cheek is painful yes but the results will give you what you want as long as you assessed its needed for your level of fat. 4ml is a good dosage it does start to show some small contour on the first session. By session 2 you would have a good understanding of how much left you need to do.

Hello, I appreciate you reaching out. Thats cool youve seen my TikTok haha, but as for the UC and aqualyx debate. I was interested in UC before too for my malar pad because I was unsure of doing aqualyx on it. However upon research I learned that UC takes longer to process any results. Atleast noticeable ones anyway, im talking months. Judging by how youre asking about the how soon I'm assuming you want it as fast as possible. I dont recommend any doses unless I could see or assess your face. Some people may need 8ml per cheek each session others may need 4. So its kind of hard to just give you a definite estimate. You do 8ml off the start you risk asymmetry upon wrong calculations if you get me. But I do think that overall aqualyx is way better than UC machine they both give results but one is less riskier than the other and thats Aqualyx, + gives faster results.

The first two sessions werent good considering I didnt use liquid lidocaine, the third one even though with liquid lidocaine I did do a bottle on each cheek so thats gonna hurt regardless. I recommend using liquid lido if ur worried about the pain. but regardless of ur pain tolerance this shit is gonna hurt bad. Its an acid after all. But there are other things to soothe the pain like Lidocaine cream and liquid lido. I always tell people to get liquid lido because lidocaine cream is just a topical and it doesnt actually soothe the pain from the Aqualyx which is the only pain you will feel during the sessions, literally the aqualyx going in ur face will be like a sharp pain for 5-7 seconds and it will mellow down, but to rate them?


Without lidocaine or cream 9/10
With lidocaine cream 6-8/10
With lidocaine liquid 4/10

As for ur knowing where to inject its pretty easy you usually go about 2 cm from the smile line and dont really go too close to the jaw. Theres certain measurements for everyone just depends on the measurements of your face ofc. Most people that do aqualyx wont actually do it correct and measure their face correctly to navigate the exact safe points. But after a while you kinda get it off feel. Just dont go above the zygos or cheek bone area, right where u feel fat starting your malar pad, then it ggoes down to ur subq fat then ur buccal pad closer to ur mouth. You dont want to go for malar pad its too high up its easy to kinda tell where just dont go high and stay within the smile line range. Hopefully that answers ur questions. I tried my best
