I just need a good timing cos I don’t wanna go out so bloated and bruised

How bad is bruising and bloat and u think if I did it Sunday night it wouldn’t be noticeable to other persons eye by Wednesday?

I asked this before to someone else but wanna confirm again; pinning aqualyx in these particular areas, cheek/hyoid, is indeed permanent right? As long as u don't gain like 20 kg or smth u can pretty much eat and do whatever u want as long as ur under that threshold, and ur face will still appear quite "debloated" and "lean" looking right?
