Aqualyx for Nasolabial Folds: Safe or Not?

I recently ordered Aqualyx, and I’m considering using it to target the nasolabial fat pad to reduce prominent smile lines. Is this a reasonable approach, or is it generally viewed as unsafe or ineffective for treating this area?

I’ve heard that fillers in the smile line area can migrate due to facial movement... Would using a smaller amount of deep filler in the zygomatic/cheek area to subtly lift the smile lines be a safer and effective alternative to injecting directly into the nasolabial folds?

The method you listed is a more common procedure than aqualyx, so I'd say so yeah

and you are correct about the migration considering how much movement there is and how superficial the injection would be
