noo aqualix won't help but I know a thing called LeFort I or bimaxillary osteonomy

no, nasolabial folds are typically caused by structural aging, bone resorption, and a downward migration or loss of midface volume
not excess fat
Then genuinely what would help me
 
dermal fillers, energy based skin tightening, microneedling radiofrequency, thread lifts, and surgical facerounds/facelifts
so all hardmaxxes essentially

Yes, also having good skin quality makes them look much more aesthetically pleasing even though they are still a failo

You are correct to some extent. They are caused by a lack of midface volume (maxillary recession) which results in a fold being formed between the fat pad and maxilla due to the protrusion difference between them. Therefore losing fat, via aqualyx, will fix (or at the bare minimum massively improve) the nasolabial fold
