aqualyx dissolves fat, that's literally all it does. it's meant for actual excess fat pockets like double chin, jowls, chubby cheeks etc. it kills fat cells and your body clears them out, nasolabial folds are actually caused by the loss of support underneath so using aqyalyx will make it worse

no cuz Aqualyx for the nasolabial folds only makes sense if you have actual excess fat sitting in the fold nd most of the time with a recessed maxilla the fold is from lack of midface support, so dissolving fat there just hollows you out more, fix the cheek volume first with filler or fat transfer, that softens the fold properly nd extra tip consider lipolysis after that if there’s still a clear fat pad left

nah tret aint gonna fix it either , my suggestion would be fillers or actually fixing the maxilla A.K.A surgery
