So i’ve been considering doing aqualyx to Get rid of face fat but a concern I have that I haven’t seen anyone talk about is a too long needle. Usual size is like 6-8 mm if i’m not wrong but can’t u accidently pin to deep and the needle goes through ur cheek or something?

u could hit a nerve or it could be uneven especially if u do it alone

needle length isnt the main thing you should be worried about. Gauge is the main consern

8mm does not go that deep even if u put the whole thing in. The nerves are way deeper than the SubQ layer. you definitely won’t go through ur cheek jfl.

As for this thread the replies are concerning. It just shows that people comment anything without research. You're using a 6-8mm syringe when injected which you won't even be doing the whole syringe won't go close to a nerve that will damage you, you're good. Don't stress about that part as long as you're marking your injection points and knowing your safety points

how about using a 4mm needle at 90? do you think this would take the guesswork out of it?
