Aqualyx in nose

Just tried to attempt aqualyx in my nose, I tried 5 times but I just could not get the needle in my nose cause of the pain. If anyone has done this then please tell me what you done or how I can numb the pain a bit more

Mix it with 2% lidocaine (preservative-free, injectable).
Ratio 1:1 or 2:1 Aqualyx to lidocaine.

I’ll do this, but my main problem is that I literally can’t get the needle in, same thing happened when I attempted pdo threads half a year ago, it’s just the insertion pain that I haven’t even got past yet

What size needle are you using? The higher the gauge (e.g 27g) the smaller it is. Using a higher gauge needle will hurt less.

27G is still large for Aqualyx. It's not oil.
Insulin syringe will suffice.

If it hurts it means you’re hitting arteries/ nerves in the nose. That’s why u have to study your face anatomy first.

Ik it was an example. Insulin syringes come with needles sometimes 27g anyway. I think injecting foreign liquid into his nose is gonna hurt anyway tho.

any updates on this btw
