Another similar option is Dr Lipo+ V (which I have just started using), also consider that permanently killing fat cells in your cheeks will be something you regret when you're older, as it'll make you look even older. If you intend to use it to get hollow cheeks, don't. Use it only if your cheeks are truly puffy (while being at your low body fat %).

If you aim for the buccal fat pads which are smth crucial as you age I agree.

But when it comes to the subq fat layer it doesn’t really age you unless you do copious amounts of sessions.

The buccal fat pads are not closely tied to body fat percent, so I assume the issue you have with your cheeks is related to them. If you don't target those, you will likely not see much results (at 14% bf, you will not have significant subq volume), and if you do, then you'll look old sooner

dr lipo+ V is just what I chose, I can't say its better but I know they claim to contain other compounds to help tighten skin or promote collagen. I did it only two days ago so I'll likely have to wait another week to see real results, but changes can continue for over a month. I will likely do a second round in two weeks,

the brand you use won't really impact the long term stuff, so you will age the same. I used it under my chin and around the corners of my jaw, not on my cheeks. Can you put a picture of your 3/4 angle to show just your cheeks?
