Man dont even do this. A bulbous nose is caused by a thick/wide lower lateral cartilage, thick skin, or/and a combination of cartilage and soft tissue; you would only risk unnecessary damage such as swelling, scarring or unevenness. Remember, aqualyx is a FAT dissolver — not a cartilage dissolver.
