This is my latest formcheck at about 87kg, I know its not including legs but im estimating a realistic 17-18% BF.
At 83,5kg now and still my face appears to be very round and puffy, with diet, sodium and sleep in check.
I belive most likely is that i just have bad fat destribution or/and am pretty boneless.
Either way i have a really bad double chin no matter how skinny i am (used to be underweight 50kg on about the same height, with the same puffy face) so Ive been planning to use aqualyx on my chin. Im thinking on using 6-8ml for my first time.
and am debating wether itll help with my roundness in my cheecks.
The part Im unsure about is my cheeks/lower cheek area. In the videos it looks to me like a lot of the fullness is held beside the mouth/lower cheeks, but I cant tell whether this is superficial fat that could realistically respond to aqualyx, buccal fat, water retention, or just weak bone structure making the soft tissue look worse.
Would Aqualyx in the cheek/lower cheek area make sense here, or would it likely be a bad idea / low reward because the fullness is more buccal or face structure related?
And yes, I am very much aware my barber has fucked me up, you dont have to mention..
Id appreciate any constructive critism
