I did it without, just embrace the pain after couple injections its meh

I did it completly without that. It did hurt a lut but was bareable. Yust take a short brake after like 2-3 points

hey mine wasnt bad at all without it, said nobody ever. injectable barely makes a difference anyway

I injected 800 units (1 vial) in abdomen today. 31g needle 6mm, 25 units, 32 injection sites. Pain on the first injection was a 7/10, no liquid lido or topical lido. The first injection was the worst, the 2nd and onward were 2/10 to 5/10 pain, it varies from point to point. Your cns also gets used to it.

My guess is that the pain will probably be worse in the face since there are more nerves but its still nothing insane imo.
