Aqualyx pain?

How bad does aqualyx hurt without dosing smth like lidocaine into the vials? I’m thinking about doing aqualyx since I’m already lean but my face is still fat asf, lmk your experience.

I heard it hurts super bad but idk maybe it’s just pain tolerance

It’s like mild to moderate but it can be extreme if you hit a nerve and if say a subq injection as reference is low-mild
